It is not in the modest publication, without any literary pretentions, that I will undertake to praise the beauty, the grace and charm of Biarritz. The task is above my capabilities, and it would be useless to repeat what many writers have already said very well. I intend chiefly to describe our resort from a pratical point of view, in order that all who have already been impressed by more pretentious descriptions may form an exact idea of the privileged corner.
